CABINS
Each site at Lakeside Cabins Resort will feature an attractive cedar-sided cabin from one of our approved manufacturers. Each manufacturer offers a variety of floorplans, styles and interior finishes, allowing you to customize your cabin. The cabins are technically known as "park model cabins" (each park model cabin is constructed to the rigorous standards required under ANSI 119.5) and are custom manufactured and delivered to the Resort on a chassis. Once delivered, each cabin will have utilities hooked up, and be set up for your enjoyment!

Lee Enterprises
Lee Enterprises has been building park model trailers and cabins for over 20 years. Lee prides itself on building a cabin that offers all the comforts of home, in a rustic, log cabin style. Lee offers a variety of floorplans and styles, and their deluxe model comes with hand-crafted Amish cabinets and furniture included! Lee Cabins also features optional front and back screened porches, lofts and second bedrooms.

Kropf industries has been a family-owned manufacturer of park model cabins for over 20 years. Kropf attempts to make each of its cabins feel as if you are in the comfort of your own home. The Kropf special edition double loft features a kitchen island, generous windows and lots of extra space in the two spacious lofts. Kropf allows a multitude of choices and selections that will enable you to customize your home to your specifications.

Heritage Park Models, Inc. is located in Elkhart, Indiana and has been building park model cabins for over 20 years. Heritage Park sets out to deliver a customized home for each of its customers. Heritage Park has numerous floorplans and interior features, including a variety of cabinet, flooring, and countertop styles.

Trophy Homes, Inc. has been building park model trailers and cabins for almost 30 years. Trophy has a wide range of floorplans available and prides itself on its "double loft" floorplan as a spacious, yet affordable second home option. Trophy offers a variety of choices in draperies, carpeting, tiles and countertops.

Athens Park Models
If you are looking for a park model cabin, Athens Park Homes has just what you are looking for. Our rustic cedar interiors have cedar walls and ceilings with purchased cabinet doors or our own cedar cabinets and cabinet doors. If you prefer to have textured walls in your park model cabin, Athens Park Homes will tape and texture the walls and add a cedar wainscot and trim. Don't forget to add the bunks, lofts and screened in front or rear decks.
