Sales brochure for a new construction high-rise building

This River North high-rise needed a real estate brochure right away to begin pre-selling the condominium units. This oversized design contains stock photography and other images to convey a high-end feel. We were able to achieve an elegant sales piece despite the quick turnaround time.
