The use of a spot UV coating on the images against the matte varnish of the piece provided a lush, elegant feel to this high-end loft brochure. 24 unique floorplans are included as several folded inserts that are separated by unit size.

The look and feel has been carried out in the sales displays, signs, print ads, and website.
